The priorities of the finance law for the year 2020 are mainly oriented in favor of the support of social programs, the reduction of disparities, the acceleration of the implementation of regionalization, the encouragement of investment and business support.

The 2020 finance law is distinguished by three main priorities, namely the pursuit of support for social policies and the reduction of social and territorial disparities, the establishment of social protection mechanisms, confidence building and the establishment of a new dynamic of investment in addition to support measures for businesses.

The government aims, through the 2020 finance law, to achieve a growth rate of around 3.7%, contain inflation below 2% and maintain financial balance by limiting the budget deficit to 3.5%.
