For the year 2023, the finance law is a translation of the governmental priorities set, taking into account the reference framework adopted and the elements of the national and international context. Thus, the general orientations of this finance bill are based on the following 4 axes:

➔ The revival of the national economy through the support of investment;
➔ The consecration of territorial equity;
➔ The restoration of budgetary margins to ensure the sustainability of reforms.
